Gegeben

../../../_images/2.1.D.png

Gegebene Symbole:

\[E, A, l, F\]
  • E-Modul \(E\) und Querschnittsfläche \(A\) für beide Stäbe gleich.

  • Starrer Balken.

Berechnen Sie die Verschiebung \(u_{2y}\) des Lastangriffspunkts. Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

a) Gleichgewicht

  • Schneiden Sie frei - durch das Lager A und durch die Stäbe.

  • Geben Sie drei Gleichgewichtsbedingungen an.

  • Zeigen Sie, dass Sie 3 Gleichungen für 4 Unbekannte erhalten.

Lösung

../../../_images/2.1.D_1.png

Mit \(\cos 45^\circ =\sin 45^\circ=\tfrac12 \sqrt 2\):

\begin{align*} \definecolor{myred}{rgb}{0.941, 0.067, 0.067} \rightarrow & & 0 &= A_h-\tfrac{\sqrt{2}}{2}S_2 \\ \circlearrowright^{\color{myred}\circ}& & 0 &= A_v l + S_1 \tfrac{l}{2} \\ \circlearrowleft^{\color{blue}\circ}& & 0 &= S_1\tfrac{l}{2}-Fl+\tfrac{\sqrt{2}}{2}S_2 l \end{align*}

Das sind 3 Gleichungen für 4 Unbekannte: \(S_1, S_2, A_h, A_v\). System ist 1-fach statisch unbestimmt.

b) Kinematik: Verschiebungen

../../../_images/2.1.D_2.png

Undeformierte und deformierte Lage

Sei \(\alpha\) der Winkel, um den sich der Balken (im Uhrzeigersinn) dreht. Zeigen Sie, dass für infinitesimale Drehungen mit den Näherungen \(c_\alpha \approx 1\) und \(s_\alpha \approx \alpha\) näherungsweise gilt:

\[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} u_{1x} \\ u_{1y} \end{bmatrix} = \tfrac12 l \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ \alpha \end{bmatrix} \qquad \begin{bmatrix} u_{2x} \\ u_{2y} \end{bmatrix} = l \begin{bmatrix} 0\\ \alpha \end{bmatrix}\end{split}\]

Lösung

../../../_images/2.1.D_3.png

Der Balken dreht sich um Punkt A. Die \((x,y)\)-Komponenten der Verschiebungsvektoren berechnet gemäß Aktive Transformation und mit den Näherungen \(c_\alpha \approx 1\) und \(s_\alpha \approx \alpha\).

c) Kinematik: Einheitsvektoren

Berechnen Sie die \((x,y)\)-Komponenten der Einheitsvektoren \(\boldsymbol e_1\) und \(\boldsymbol e_2\):

\[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} e_{1x} \\ e_{1y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} \ldots \\ \ldots \\ \end{bmatrix} \\ \begin{bmatrix} e_{2x} \\ e_{2y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} \ldots \\ \ldots \\ \end{bmatrix}\end{split}\]

Lösung

\[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} e_{1x} \\ e_{1y} \\ \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ 1 \\ \end{bmatrix} \\ \begin{bmatrix} e_{2x} \\ e_{2y} \\ \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} s_{45^\circ} \\ c_{45^\circ} \\ \end{bmatrix} \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} \tfrac{\sqrt 2}{2} \\ \tfrac{\sqrt 2}{2} \\ \end{bmatrix}\end{split}\]

d) Kinematik: Verlängerungen

Berechnen Sie die (genäherten) Stabverlängerungen:

\[\begin{split}\Delta l_1 &= \boldsymbol e_1 \cdot \boldsymbol u_1 = \dots \\ \Delta l_2 &= \boldsymbol e_2 \cdot \boldsymbol u_2 = \dots\end{split}\]

Lösung

\[\begin{split}\Delta l_1 &= \boldsymbol e_1 \cdot \boldsymbol u_1 \\ &= \tfrac l 2 \alpha \\ \Delta l_2 &= \boldsymbol e_2 \cdot \boldsymbol u_2 \\ &= \tfrac{\sqrt{2}}{2} l \alpha\end{split}\]

e) Elastizität

Berechnen Sie die Stabverlängerungen aus dem Hookeschen Gesetz:

\[\begin{split}\Delta l_1 &= \ldots \\ \Delta l_2 &= \ldots\end{split}\]

Lösung

\[\begin{split}\Delta l_1 &= \tfrac{S_1l}{2EA} \\ \Delta l_2 &= \tfrac{S_2\sqrt{2}l}{2EA}\end{split}\]

f) Gleichungssystem

Geben Sie fünf Gleichungen an, aus denen Sie die folgenden fünf Unbekannten \(S_1, S_2, \Delta l_1, \Delta l_2, \alpha\) berechnen könnten.

Das Lösen dieses Gleichungssystems liefert:

\[\alpha = \tfrac{2 \sqrt{2} F}{EA \left(\sqrt{2} + 2\right)}\]

Berechnen Sie daraus die gesuchte Verschiebung des Lastangriffspunkts:

\[u_{2y} = \dots\]

Lösung

\begin{align*} 0 &= \tfrac12 S_1-F+\tfrac{\sqrt{2}}{2}S_2 \tag{1}\\ \Delta l_1 &= \tfrac l 2 \alpha \tag{2} \\ \Delta l_2 &= \tfrac{\sqrt{2}}{2} l \alpha \tag{3}\\ \Delta l_1 &= \tfrac{S_1l}{2EA} \tag{4}\\ \Delta l_2 &= \tfrac{S_2\sqrt{2}l}{2EA}\tag{5} \end{align*}

\(u_{2y}\) aus \(\alpha\):

\[\begin{split}u_{2y} &= l \alpha \\ &= \tfrac{2 \sqrt{2} F l}{EA \left(\sqrt{2} + 2\right)}\end{split}\]

g) Lösung

Berechnen Sie \(u_{2y}\) in \(\mathrm{mm}\) (Millimeter) gerundet auf Rundestellenwert \(0{,}01\) für die Größen:

\[\begin{split}E &= 210 \, \mathrm{GPa} \\ A &= 4 \, \mathrm{mm}^2 \\ l &= 2 \, \mathrm{m} \\ F &= 1000 \, \mathrm{N}\end{split}\]

Lösung

Einsetzen liefert:

\[u_{2y} \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}01}}{\approx}1{,}97\,\mathrm{mm}\]
