Gegeben

../../../_images/2.1.K.png

Symbole:

\[h, \,l_1, l_2, l_3, \, A_1, A_2, A_3, \, F, E\]

Starrer Balken ist verbunden mit 3 Stäben mit den Querschnittsflächen \(A_1, A_2, A_3\) und Elastizitätsmodul \(E\).

a) Gleichgewicht

Geben Sie drei Gleichgewichtsbedingungen an, aus denen die Stab-Zugkräfte \(S_1, S_2, S_3\) berechnet werden könnten.

Lösung

../../../_images/2.1.K_2.png
\begin{align*} \definecolor{myred}{rgb}{0.941, 0.067, 0.067} \leftarrow \!&=\, \rightarrow & S_3 &= F \\ \leftarrow \!&=\, \rightarrow & S_1 + S_2 &= F \\ \circlearrowleft^{\color{myred}\circ} \!&=\, \circlearrowright^{\color{myred}\circ} & \tfrac23 h S_1 &= \tfrac 13 h S_2 \\ \end{align*}

Details

  • Die Gleichgewichtsbedingungen werden (wie in der linearen Theorie üblich) am undeformierten System gefordert, obwohl die Lasten die Struktur deformieren.

  • \(S_1\) und \(S_2\) können nur ohne Berücksichtigung der Deformationen berechnet werden, weil das System statisch bestimmt ist.

b) Kinematik 1: Einheitsvektoren

Seien drei Einheitsvektoren \(\boldsymbol e_1, \boldsymbol e_2, \boldsymbol e_3\) definiert, die entlang der Stäbe zeigen , und zwar in positive \(x\)-Richtung. Berechnen Sie deren \((x,y)\)-Komponenten:

\[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} e_{1x} \\ e_{1y} \end{bmatrix} &= \dots \\ \begin{bmatrix} e_{2x} \\ e_{2y} \end{bmatrix} &= \dots \\ \begin{bmatrix} e_{3x} \\ e_{3y} \end{bmatrix} &= \dots\end{split}\]

Lösung

\[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} e_{1x} \\ e_{1y} \end{bmatrix} = \begin{bmatrix} e_{2x} \\ e_{2y} \end{bmatrix} = \begin{bmatrix} e_{3x} \\ e_{3y} \end{bmatrix} = \begin{bmatrix} 1 \\ 0 \end{bmatrix}\end{split}\]

c) Kinematik 2: Verschiebungen

Seien \(u_{1x}, u_{2x}, u_{3x}, u_{4x}\) die \(x\)-Komponenten der Verschiebungsvektoren von Teilchen bei 1, 2, 3 und 4.

Sei \(\alpha\) ein Winkel zur Beschreibung der Winkelposition des starren Balkens, sodass:

  • \(\alpha = 0\) im undeformierten Zustand

  • \(\alpha\) entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn positiv gezählt wird.

Die Struktur hat 3 Freiheitsgrade. Seien \((u_{3x}, u_{4x}, \alpha)\) die Koordinaten, mit denen Sie die Konfiguration des Systems beschreiben. Zeigen Sie, dass (für kleine Deformationen):

\[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} u_{1x} \\ u_{1y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x} - \tfrac23 h \alpha\\ 0 \end{bmatrix} \\ \begin{bmatrix} u_{2x} \\ u_{2y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x} + \tfrac13 h \alpha\\ 0 \end{bmatrix} \\ \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x} \\ u_{3y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x} \\ 0 \end{bmatrix} \\ \begin{bmatrix} u_{4x} \\ u_{4y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{4x} \\ 0 \end{bmatrix}\end{split}\]

Lösung

Blau/Rot: Undeformierte/Deformierte Konfiguration

Verwendung von:

\[\begin{split}\boldsymbol u_1 &= \overrightarrow{\textsf{11'}} = \overrightarrow{\textsf{13}} + \overrightarrow{\textsf{33'}} + \overrightarrow{\textsf{3'1'}} \\ \boldsymbol u_2 &= \overrightarrow{\textsf{22'}} = \overrightarrow{\textsf{23}} + \overrightarrow{\textsf{33'}} + \overrightarrow{\textsf{3'2'}}\end{split}\]

und der aktiven Transformation von Vektor: Transformation liefert:

  • für große Drehungen:

    \[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} u_{1x} \\ u_{1y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ -\tfrac 23 h \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}\\ 0 \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} c_\alpha & -s_\alpha \\ s_\alpha & c_\alpha \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ \tfrac 23 h \end{bmatrix} \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}\\ -\tfrac 23 h \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} -\tfrac 23 h s_\alpha \\ \tfrac 23 h c_\alpha \\ \end{bmatrix} \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}-\tfrac 23 h s_\alpha \\ -\tfrac 23 h\left(1 -c_\alpha \right) \end{bmatrix} \\ \\ \begin{bmatrix} u_{2x} \\ u_{2y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ \tfrac 13 h \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}\\ 0 \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} c_\alpha & -s_\alpha \\ s_\alpha & c_\alpha \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ -\tfrac 13 h \end{bmatrix} \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}\\ \tfrac 13 h \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} \tfrac 13 h s_\alpha \\ - \tfrac 13 h c_\alpha \end{bmatrix} \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x} + \tfrac 13 h s_\alpha \\ \tfrac 13 h \left( 1 - c_\alpha \right) \end{bmatrix}\end{split}\]
  • für infinitesimale Drehungen:

    \[\begin{split}\begin{bmatrix} u_{1x} \\ u_{1y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ -\tfrac 23 h \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}\\ 0 \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} 1 & -\alpha \\ \alpha & 1 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ \tfrac 23 h \end{bmatrix} \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}-\tfrac 23 h \alpha \\ 0 \end{bmatrix} \\ \\ \begin{bmatrix} u_{2x} \\ u_{2y} \end{bmatrix} &= \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ \tfrac 13 h \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}\\ 0 \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} 1 & -\alpha \\ \alpha & 1 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 0 \\ -\tfrac 13 h \end{bmatrix} \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x} + \tfrac 13 h \alpha \\ 0 \end{bmatrix}\end{split}\]

d) Kinematik 3: Verlängerungen

Für die gegebenen Symbole: Berechnen Sie die (genäherten) Stabverlängerungen \(\Delta l_1, \Delta l_2, \Delta l_3\) , und zwar abhängig von \((u_{3x}, u_{4x}, \alpha)\):

\[\begin{split}\Delta l_1 &= \ldots \\ \Delta l_2 &= \ldots \\ \Delta l_3 &= \ldots\end{split}\]

Lösung

(Genäherte) Verlängerungen:

\[\begin{split}\Delta l_1 &= \boldsymbol e_1 \cdot \boldsymbol u_1 \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 0 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x}-\tfrac 23 h \alpha \\ 0 \end{bmatrix} \\ &= u_{3x} - \tfrac23 h \alpha \\ \Delta l_2 &= \boldsymbol e_2 \cdot \boldsymbol u_2 \\ &= \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 0 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} u_{3x} + \tfrac 13 h \alpha \\ 0 \end{bmatrix} \\ &= u_{3x} + \tfrac13 h \alpha \\ \Delta l_3 &= u_{4x} - u_{3x}\end{split}\]

e) Elastizität

Hookesches Gesetz: Notieren Sie den Zusammenhang zwischen den Stabkräften \(S_1, S_2, , S_2\) und den (genäherten) Stabverlängerungen \(\Delta l_1, \Delta l_2, \Delta l_3\):

\[\begin{split}S_1 &= \dots \\ S_2 &= \dots \\ S_3 &= \dots\end{split}\]

Lösung

\[\begin{split}S_1 &= E A_1 \tfrac{\Delta l_1}{l_1} \\ S_2 &= E A_2 \tfrac{\Delta l_2}{l_2} \\ S_3 &= E A_3 \tfrac{\Delta l_3}{l_3}\end{split}\]

f) Gleichungssystem und Lösung

Nummerieren Sie die 9 Gleichungen, aus denen die 9 Unbekannten \(S_1, S_2, S_3, \Delta l_1, \Delta l_2, \Delta l_3, u_{3x}, u_{4x}, \alpha\) berechnet werden können.

Berechnen Sie \(u_{3x}, u_{4x}, \alpha\) für die folgenden gegebenen Größen:

\[\begin{split}h&= 0{,}9 \, \mathrm{m} \\ ( l_1, l_2, l_3 ) &= ( 1{,}2\, \mathrm{m}\,\,,\, 1{,}8\, \mathrm{m}\,\,,\, 0{,}3\, \mathrm{m} ) \\ ( A_1, A_2, A_3 ) &= ( 600\, \mathrm{mm}^2, 900\, \mathrm{mm}^2, 1200\, \mathrm{mm}^2 ) \\ F &= 30 \, \mathrm{kN} \\ E &= 120 \, \mathrm{GPa}\end{split}\]

Zeigen Sie, dass gerundet auf Rundestellenwert \(0{,}0001\) gilt:

\[\begin{split}u_{3x} & \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx}0{,}2778 \,\mathrm{mm} \\ u_{4x} & \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx}0{,}3403 \,\mathrm{mm} \\ \alpha & \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx}0{,}0106 ^\circ\end{split}\]

Lösung

9 Gleichungen zur Berechnung von \(S_1, S_2, S_3, \Delta l_1, \Delta l_2, \Delta l_3, u_{3x}, u_{4x}, \alpha\):

\begin{align} S_3 &= F \tag{1} \\ S_1 + S_2 &= F \tag{2}\\ \tfrac23 h S_1 &= \tfrac 13 h S_2 \tag{3} \\ \Delta l_1 &= u_{3x} - \tfrac23 h \alpha \tag{4}\\ \Delta l_2 &= u_{3x} + \tfrac13 h \alpha \tag{5}\\ \Delta l_3 &= u_{4x} - u_{3x} \tag{6}\\ \Delta l_1 &= \tfrac{l_1}{E A_1} S_1 \tag{7}\\ \Delta l_2 &= \tfrac{l_2}{E A_2} S_2 \tag{8}\\ \Delta l_3 &= \tfrac{l_3}{E A_3} S_3 \tag{9} \end{align}

Auflösen nach den drei Unbekannten \(u_{3x}, u_{4x}, \alpha\) und dann Einsetzen der gegebenen Größen führt auf:

\[\begin{split}u_{3x} &\stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx}0{,}2778\,\mathrm{mm} \\ u_{4x} &\stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx}0{,}3403\,\mathrm{mm} \\ \alpha &\stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx}0{,}0106^\circ\end{split}\]

Details

Hier eine Möglichkeit, wie man nach den drei Unbekannten auflösen kann:

Die ersten drei Gleichungen enthalten nur die drei Unbekannten \(S_1, S_3, S_3\). Lösung:

\[\begin{split}S_1 &= \tfrac 1 3 F \\ S_2 &= \tfrac 2 3 F \\ S_3 &= F\end{split}\]

Einsetzen von \(S_1, S_3, S_3\) in die letzten drei Gleichungen und Eliminieren von \(\Delta l_1, \Delta l_2, \Delta l_3\) führt auf:

\begin{align} u_{3x} - \tfrac23 h \alpha &= \tfrac13\tfrac{l_1}{E A_1} F \tag{7'}\\ u_{3x} + \tfrac13 h \alpha &= \tfrac23 \tfrac{l_2}{E A_2} F \tag{8'}\\ u_{4x} - u_{3x} &= \tfrac{l_3}{E A_3} F \tag{9'} \end{align}

Dies sind drei Gleichungen zur Berechnung von \(u_{3x}, u_{4x}, \alpha\). Lösung:

\[\begin{split}u_{3x} &= \tfrac{F \left(4 A_{1} l_{2} + A_{2} l_{1}\right)}{9 A_{1} A_{2} E} \\ u_{4x} &= \tfrac{F l_{3}}{A_{3} E} + \tfrac{4 F l_{2}}{9 A_{2} E} + \tfrac{F l_{1}}{9 A_{1} E} \\ \alpha &= \tfrac{F \left(2 A_{1} l_{2} - A_{2} l_{1}\right)}{3 A_{1} A_{2} E h}\end{split}\]
