Gegeben

../../../../_images/2.4.2.H.png

Symbole:

\[a, M_A, E, I\]

Größen:

\[\begin{split}a &= 3 \,\mathrm{m} \\ M_A &= 30 \,\mathrm{kNm} \\ E &= 200 \,\mathrm{GPa} \\ I &= 65 \cdot 10^6 \,\mathrm{mm}^4\end{split}\]

Untersuchen Sie die Struktur. Gehen Sie wie folgt vor.

a) Biegesteifigkeit

\[B = EI = 13000 \,\mathrm{kNm}^2\]

Lösung

\[\begin{split}B &= 200\cdot 65 \cdot 10^6 \cdot 10^9 \,\mathrm{Pa} \cdot 10^{-12} \,\mathrm{m}^4 \\ &= 200\cdot 65 \cdot 10^3 \,\mathrm{Nm}^2 \\ &= 13000 \,\mathrm{kNm}^2\end{split}\]

b) Biegemoment

Zeigen Sie mit einem Freikörperbild, dass:

\[M(x)= M_A\]

Lösung

\[M(x)= M_A\]

    \[w(x) = - \tfrac{M_A x^{2}}{2 E I} + C_{1} x + C_{2}\]
  • für die gegebenen Größen:

    \[w(x) = - \tfrac{3 x^{2}}{2600\,\mathrm{m}} + C_{1} x + C_{2}\]

Lösung

Ausgehend von:

\[w''(x) = - \tfrac{1}{EI} M(x)\]

\begin{align} \label{eq-2.4.2.H-1} w''(x) &= - \tfrac{1}{EI} M_A \notag \\ w'(x) &= - \tfrac{1}{EI} M_A x + C_1 \tag{i1} \\ w(x) &= - \tfrac{M_A x^{2}}{2 E I} + C_1 x + C_2 \tag{i2} \end{align}

    \[w(x) = - \tfrac{3 x^{2}}{2600\,\mathrm{m}} + C_{1} x + C_{2}\]

Siehe auch diese Visualisierung der allgemeinen Lösung.

d) Spezielle Lösung

Geben Sie Randbedingungen an.

    \[C_1 = \tfrac{M_A a}{E I} \qquad, \qquad C_2 = - \tfrac{M_A a^{2}}{2 E I}\]

    sodass die spezielle Lösung ist:

    \[w(x) = \tfrac{M_A a^2}{E I} \left\{ - \tfrac{1}{2} + \left( \tfrac{x}{a} \right) - \tfrac12 \left( \tfrac x a \right)^2 \right\}\]

    \[C_1 \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx} 0{,}0069 \qquad, \qquad C_2 \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx} - 0{,}0104 \,\mathrm{m}\]

Lösung

Randbedingungen am rechten Rand bei \(x=a\):

\begin{align} \label{eq-2.4.2.H-B} w(a) &= 0 \tag{b1}\\ w'(a) &= 0 \tag{b2} \end{align}
  • Für die gegebenen Symbole:

Einsetzen von (b1),(b2) in (i1), (i2) liefert zwei Aussagen, aus denen \(C_1, C_2\) berechnet werden können:

    \[\begin{split}C_{1} a + C_{2} - \tfrac{M_A a^{2}}{2 E I} &= 0 \\ C_{1} - \tfrac{M_A a}{E I} &= 0\end{split}\]

    Lösung:

    \[\left( C_1, C_2 \right) = \left( \tfrac{M_A a}{E I}, - \tfrac{M_A a^{2}}{2 E I} \right)\]

\begin{align} \label{eq-2.4.2.H-4} w(x) &= \tfrac{M_A}{E I} \left\{- \tfrac{a^{2}}{2} + a x - \tfrac{x^{2}}{2}\right\} \notag \\ &= \tfrac{M_A a^2}{E I} \left\{ - \tfrac{1}{2} + \left( \tfrac{x}{a}\right) - \tfrac 1 2 \left( \tfrac x a \right)^2 \right\} \tag{1} \end{align}
  • Für die gegebenen Größen:

    \[\left( C_1, C_2 \right) \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx} \left( 0{,}0069, -0{,}0104 \,\mathrm{m} \right)\]

e) Funktionswerte bei A

    \[w(0) \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}1}}{\approx} -10{,}4 \,\mathrm{mm}\]
  • Die Ableitung \(w'(x)\) bei \(x=0\) gerundet auf Rundestellenwert \(0{,}0001\) ist:

    \[w'(0) \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx} 0{,}0069\]
  • Der genäherte Neigungswinkel \(\psi = - w'\) in \(^\circ\) (Grad) bei \(x=0\) und gerundet auf Rundestellenwert \(0{,}001\) ist:

    \[\psi (0) \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}001}}{\approx} -0{,}397^\circ\]

Lösung

  • \(w\) in \(\mathrm{mm}\) (Millimeter) bei \(x=0\): Auswertung von (1) bei \(x=0\) und Runden liefert:

    \[w(x=0)\stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}1}}{\approx} -10{,}4 \,\mathrm{mm}\]

    vgl. die Konstante \(C_2\).

  • Steigung:

    \[w' = \tfrac{M_A a}{E I} \left\{ 1 - \left( \tfrac x a \right) \right\}\]

    \[w'(x=0) \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}0001}}{\approx} 0{,}0069\]

    vgl. die Konstante \(C_1\).

  • Genäherter Neigungswinkel \(\psi = - w'\) bei \(x=0\):

    \[\begin{split}\psi(x=0) &= - w'(x=0)\\ &\stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle{0{,}001}}{\approx} - 0{,}397^\circ\end{split}\]

Bokeh Plot
  • Genäherter Neigungswinkel \(\psi \,/ \,\tfrac{M_A a}{EI}\) über \(x\,/\,a\)

\[\begin{split}w' &= \tfrac{M_A a}{E I} \left\{ 1 - \left( \tfrac x a \right) \right\} \\ \psi &= - w' \\ &= \tfrac{M_A a}{E I} \left\{ \left( \tfrac x a \right) - 1 \right\} \\ \tfrac{\psi}{\tfrac{M_A a}{EI}} &= \left( \tfrac x a \right) - 1\end{split}\]
Bokeh Plot
  • Genäherter Neigungswinkel \(\psi \,/ \,\mathrm{deg}\) über \(x \,/ \,\mathrm{m}\)

Bokeh Plot

g) Ergebnis-Kontrolle

\[M(x) = M_A\]

Lösung

Ableiten liefert:

\[w''= - \tfrac{M_A}{E I}\]

sodass:

\[\begin{split}M(x) &= - EI w''(x) \\ &= M_A\end{split}\]
